• IT system responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
• Ensuring the stable operation of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment
• 2nd level support and incident management for internal customers
• Technical analysis, conception and implementation of requirements
• (Partial) project management and participation in international projects
• Close cooperation with other departments and external consulting partners

• Higher professional training in information technology, business administration or professional training with several years of relevant professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service and Field Service)
• Knowledge of agile and classic project methodologies
• Independent, creative, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Convincing appearance, enjoy team-oriented work
• Enjoy intercultural cooperation and sporadic travel activities

• Travel Requirementssporadic business trips worldwide
• Ge: C1 – Advanced
• En: B2 – Upper Intermediate

• Experience with programmed adaptations (JavaScript, Java) as well as with interfaces to SAP S/4 HANA
